Gurukool ("we," "our," or "the Platform") provides digital school management infrastructure to educational institutions. We are committed to protecting the privacy of educational institutions, administrators, teachers, students, and parents.

This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, utilized, and safeguarded when using Gurukool websites, portals, and cloud services.

2. Database-per-Tenant Isolation Architecture

Unlike legacy shared-database applications, Gurukool implements a strict physical database-per-tenant isolation model. Every registered educational institution receives an independent database volume. Student records, gradebooks, attendance logs, and staff profiles from one school are physically isolated and never commingled with any other school's data.

3. Ethical AI Data Protection

Gurukool integrates an AI copilot for timetable conflict analysis and educational document drafting. Queries submitted to our AI features are processed ephemerally within the user's authenticated session. Under no circumstances are student records, marks, or personal details used to train third-party machine learning models.

4. Zero Commercial Tracking & Monetization

We do not sell, monetize, or broker student or family information. School portals are strictly ad-free and free of behavioural marketing trackers.
