By accessing, registering, or operating an institutional portal on Gurukool, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are registering on behalf of a school, you warrant that you possess the institutional authority to bind the school.

2. Educational Institution Responsibilities

Authorized school administrators and faculty agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of administrative credentials and enforce strong passwords.
• Ensure that student data entered into the system complies with applicable regional educational guidelines.
• Promptly revoke portal access for departed staff or un-enrolled students.

3. Data Ownership & Export Rights

Schools retain 100% ownership of all student, parent, and institutional data. Gurukool provides comprehensive export tools (CSV, Excel, PDF) with no migration lock-in or release fees.
